a personal trainer with 10+ years of fitness education & coaching experience.

I currently train clients at a private gym facility located in the core downtown Toronto area - to ensure accessible training in a comfortable environment.

I'm genuinely passionate about understanding my clients' goals and their "why" and using my experience and education to help train and coach in all aspects of body, fitness and health.

I value diversity and inclusivity in my approach to fitness. I take pride in working with individuals from all walks of life, regardless of age, gender, body type, cultural background, or LGBTQ+ identity.

Over my decade of experience, I've worked at some of the top gyms in the GTA and with multiple high profile clients. But some of my favourite clients that I've trained in the past are ones who have never even stepped foot in a gym before and are driven to prioritize their health and just need some guidance

My training and health coaching is rooted in empathy and encouragement within an open and safe space. I aim to help clients feel heard, comfortable and educated after all sessions.

"Justin is an amazing coach - supportive, patient, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about coaching. I worked with him 5ish years ago and started working with him again this year, and it's been great to see how he's grown as a coach.

He takes the time explain "why" and "how" versus just assigning exercises and that means you walk away with knowledge on how to do it solo. We also train jiu jitsu at the same gym and he's made sure that my program focuses a lot on mobility and movements/strength that are specific to the sport.
