I can't recommend Justin highly enough, particularly for someone who is intimated by the gym and unaware of their own potential! I have been training with him for a little over 2 years now. From day one, he has been incredibly patient and an excellent teacher. His extensive knowledge about strength and mobility has been a game-changer for my fitness journey. "Justin is an amazing coach - supportive, patient, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about coaching. I worked with him 5ish years ago and started working with him again this year, and it's been great to see how he's grown as a coach.
He takes the time explain "why" and "how" versus just assigning exercises and that means you walk away with knowledge on how to do it solo. We also train jiu jitsu at the same gym and he's made sure that my program focuses a lot on mobility and movements/strength that are specific to the sport. Being a smaller person in a sport where weight and size matter, he's helped reframe how I think about my own strength capacity and potential. His knowledge really comes through with how his training and the exercises he suggests for any injuries align exactly with my chiro.
