Personal training services.
All services are offered after an initial 15-minute phone consultation scheduled within available timeslots. It's important to ensure a good fit based on your goals so that I can tailor the service appropriately and confidently set you up for success and sustainability.
All services have a minimum 3-month commitment contract that must be agreed upon and signed prior to commencing.

My trainer philosophy.
As a personal trainer with 10+ years of experience and multiple certifications, I won't offer quick fixes or diets - I give my clients the tools to make sustainable changes.
My coaching program and approach is client-centred and focused on progressive behaviour change.
I listen to my client's goals, and by using education, positive support systems, accountability, consistency and evidence-based practice, I work to unlock every client's fullest potential.

Location
I do in-person training in a private gym for trainers only located at Spadina and Adelaide in the core downtown Toronto area.
The space was chosen for its secure and convenient location, high-quality equipment and machines, and providing a comfortable and effective personal training experience for my clients.
It allows my clients to:

Fitness Level
1:1 Training is perfect for any client of any fitness level. I tailor and personalize the programming and sessions to the client - whether you're new and looking to learn how to improve your strength or fitness, whether you have injuries and looking to move pain-free, or whether you're just looking for more structure or technique guidance - you will be able to receive the specialized training you need.

Trainer Goals
My main objective for working with clients is to give them the tools to make sustainable changes. I commit to making sure that clients feel comfortable training with me regardless of their fitness background.
I aim to help my clients feel empowered and capable through our sessions and to provide the education necessary to meet their long-term health goals.

Tools
Once you sign up for a service with me, you will get access to tools that will help us track and progress our sessions. The apps that I use are TrueCoach (Exercise programming) and ProCoach (Health coaching),which we will leverage in order to keep track of your progress in every aspect.
Sessions will be booked for the same times and days of the week so you will be able to have a consistent training schedule with me.
