What does personal training with me look like?

My coaching program and approach is client-centred and focused on progressive behaviour change. I personally tailor training sessions based on my client's goals and we work on getting stronger with progressive strength training using  proper technique while also incorporating conditioning and mobility training (emphasis of different training types are dependant on goals and assessment). I help you work towards being able to sustain training and health long-term - whether that means just getting a client more comfortable in the gym and being able to go to the gym with less anxiety, or working on getting stronger from a previous injury. 

Using my PN-L1 Certifications, I also work with my clients to determine their health habits and how we can holistically work on creating a sustainable program that will promote long-term change and overall improved well-being, health and happiness.

Training duration.

My mission is to set yourself up for success so you can meet your goals long-term. Whether it's just giving you the confidence to feel more comfortable in the gym by yourself, pushing you in the gym and being more accountable, or giving you the guidance to take control of your health.

With every new client there is a 3-month commitment period, and each month thereafter we will be on a month-to-month basis which you are able to gauge on the duration you would like to continue based on your progress, goals and finances.

Payment options & plans.

Personal training sessions can be a large expense for many people. With an educated and experienced trainer, it can be a large investment to use a portion of your funds to your health + well-being.

In order to make payments more digestible, I offer automatic payments in either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cadences.
